The man born blind hears Jesus' voice and Jesus restores his sight. When the man born blind is cast out of the synagogue for his testimony about Jesus, Jesus seeks him out, finds him and restores him to the community of faith. As the Good Shepherd, Jesus brings him back to the fold, restoring not just his sight but his worth as God's child.
