Stewardship is everything that happens after we say, "I Believe." this was a helpful statement given to me by a conference speaker many years ago. Rev. Dr. Lonnie Oliver gave us a hook for all of life once we became Christian. When speaking of stewardship, we often think only of money and budgets when that is only part of the equation. God has given us everything: Our lives, our families, our churches, our salvation. So giving back becomes something we do with it all. Everything we do is in grateful response to what God has already done for us and already given to us. So stewardship applies to our entire lives!
