Worship

Worship is experiencing the presence of God. And that's what we strive to do every week. Whether you prefer the familiar comfort of traditional music and liturgy, or the joyfully expressive atmosphere of contemporary worship, you will find a home at EPC.

Traditional worship Sundays at 8:30

Remember how worship used to be when you were growing up: piano, organ, full choir, real hymn books with four-part harmony? We still do it that way every Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. Our choir, directed by John Dahm, provides inspirational anthems each week ranging in style from sacred to gospel, and a full-blown choral cantata every Christmas and Easter time. And together, we experience the presence of God.

Childcare is provided.

Contemporary worship Sundays at 10

A guitarist and vocalist who used to tour the world with Don Francisco; vocal, instrumental and sound engineering talent from Nashville, local musicians and some of the sweetest voices this side of heaven; all these elements combine here every Sunday to produce the best praise music in all of Elbert County. If music helps you experience God, come be filled by his presence at EPC.

Childcare is provided.

Fellowship table between services

Right after the first service, from 9:30 till 10, the fellowship team puts out a spread like you wouldn't believe. It's not just typical fare, like donuts (though an occasional batch of donuts may be found here) but homemade quiche, egg casseroles and other savory dishes, home baked cookies, brownies or other sweet delights, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, you name it. You could almost call it lunch!

Saturday Evening Youth Service

Depending on our student's busy school activities, an innovative service for youth and their families, with teaching by Pastor Bruce, is occasionally offered. To find out if it's happening this Saturday, contact Bruce at 303-875-4274.
